This divine 100% Chardonnay Champagne is made the way champagne used to be
made by our ancestors. During the second fermentation in the bottle, the pressure is kept to no more than 3 atmospheres. Thus the bubbles are more subtle and the texture is more creamy.

• AOC: Champagne Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs
• Terroir: Trois-Puits, Montbré, Rilly La Montagne
• Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay
• Dosage: 7,8 gr/l
