Our philosophy
Pierre Trichet is a man of character and he develops Champagnes that resemble him. « All my wines have a nose, if by chance they turned out to have no aroma, I would not bottle them explains Pierre. I like round wines that stay in my memory. I prefer fruitiness to minerality, I enjoy the scents of the fruit basket.
Elaboration
The wines are made and aged in cellars dug eight meters deep in chalk.
When the crucial step of blending comes, Pierre tries to add to his hand-sewn cuvées this generosity that we know him. « I like wines that have a nose, a shape, curves. I’m not looking for absolute perfection, rather a character. »
